His charismatic personality combined with his flair for the fare have made him one of the most beloved and well-known chefs in the nation.

A frequent guest on NBC’s Today Show, Chef Charlie Palmer gained unquestionable recognition and awards throughout his career by cultivating the Progressive American styled cuisine. Over 100 years of tasty Thai recipes were passed on to Chef Saipin Chutina, who has symbolized family tradition at the Lotus of Siam restaurant. Co-owner of the iconic Rao’s in Harlem, Las Vegas, and Hollywood, Chef Frank Pellegrino Jr, solely believes in hearty, authentic Italian food for all along with an enjoyable, homestyle eating environment. Keep an eye out for Food and Wine Magazine Top Chef of 2016, Miami-based Chef Brad Kilgore. As the Executive Chef at Alter Miami, Kilgore offers some of the most artistically crafted dishes the country has seen.

Save room for dessert, especially with Francois Payard at the show. As a third generation French pastry chef, Payard carries a substantial degree of passion and talent for the sweets, opening up eminent bakeries, chocolatiers, and patisseries from the US all the way to London.
