Las Vegas Food & Wine shines with the best chefs of 2016, Offering exquisite, top-notch cuisine and finest spirits in the extravagant city of Las Vegas

Embodiment of culinary talent, the Las Vegas Food & Wine features celebrity chefs from all over the world. Guests can expect to feast on a huge selection of delicious foods from renowned chefs, sample award-winning spirits, and simply indulge at a spectacular venue. Ultimately, Vegas’ luxurious aspects complete in one package deal. As with all of Barcelona Enterprises’ events, proceeds will benefit Operation Smile, leaving appetites satisfied and hearts full.  

Headlining chef will be Chef Jose Andres, who has earned the industry’s highest honors as one of the most influential people in the world by Time Magazine. As the chef and owner of ThinkFoodGroup, he is known for skillfully crafting the “Spanish food boom” in America. His charismatic personality combined with his flair for the fare have made him one of the most beloved and well-known chefs in the nation.  

A frequent guest on NBC’s Today Show, Chef Charlie Palmer gained unquestionable recognition and awards throughout his career by cultivating the Progressive American styled cuisine. Over 100 years of tasty Thai recipes were passed on to Chef Saipin Chutina, who has symbolized family tradition at the Lotus of Siam restaurant. Co-owner of the iconic Rao’s in Harlem, Las Vegas, and Hollywood, Chef Frank Pellegrino Jr, solely believes in hearty, authentic Italian food for all along with an enjoyable, homestyle eating environment. Keep an eye out for Food and Wine Magazine Top Chef of 2016, Miami-based Chef Brad Kilgore. As the Executive Chef at Alter Miami, Kilgore offers some of the most artistically crafted dishes the country has seen.  

Save room for dessert, especially with Francois Payard at the show. As a third generation French pastry chef, Payard carries a substantial degree of passion and talent for the sweets, opening up eminent bakeries, chocolatiers, and patisseries from the US all the way to London. Some of these talented individuals will further display their expertise by performing exciting, live demonstrations of culinary art, a truly extraordinary feast for all.
