 X-Men actress to speak at Women’s Conference

(ORANGE COUNTY, CA)—Academy award nominee, Shohreh Aghdashloo, to speak at the upcoming Iranian-American Women’s Leadership Conference. Aghdashloo best known for her movie work in X-Men: The Last Stand and the House of Sand and Fog, as well as the television mini-series House of Saddam, for which she received an Emmy Award.  

 Aghdashloo joins other notable Iranian-American women from across the country (trailblazers who have achieved both professional and personal success) in leading workshops and panel discussions for 600 of their peers at Orange County’s annual Iranian-American Women’s Leadership Conference. The one-day event will take place on October 23, 2011, at the Hilton Orange County, Costa Mesa.
